All sales are final. Property is not to be removed until payment in full has been received. Sales Tax will be charged according to the law. Stopping payment of checks or insufficient funds checks are seen as intent to defraud. It is the bidder’s responsibility to be informed about the property and associated costs before bidding. Bids cannot be retracted and are binding contracts between the bidder and the auction company. The buyer is responsible for the property at the time of purchase. As well buyer is also responsible for insuring the purchase at the moment of purchase. County Road Auction & Sales, LLC carries no insurance on your purchase. That is your responsibility. Likewise, the seller/consignor is responsible for the insurance on the property until the moment it is sold. County Road Auction & Sales, LLC at no point during the auction process has any insurance coverage on the property being sold and is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of any kind while the items are housed on our auction lot/facility. County Road Auction & Sales, LLC is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen property or accidents.
